Manifesto Level Up Québec

We Level Up Québec, one person and one business at a time.

We want to make entrepreneurship, quality advice and good tools more accessible. Each company better accompanied can create value, serve better, open up a place for others and strengthen the economy here.

Why now

Québec needs more people who can create, acquire, grow, preserve and transfer strong businesses. It also needs more transparent services, better-adapted tools and competition that pushes everyone to stand out through the quality of their work—not simply the size of their budget.

Keep before selling

Automate the company, preserve the heritage, multiply the builders.

The movement is not opposed to business succession or to a sale when it becomes necessary. When keeping the business remains viable and desired, however, we prioritize automation, delegation and continuity so the business—and the wealth it creates—can remain in the family.

Automation

Reduce dependency on the owner

The processes, responsibilities and tools allow the company to continue without requiring its presence in every detail.

Keep

Keeping productive assets in the family

Ownership, revenue, knowledge and opportunities can sustain generations rather than disappear in a single transaction.

Multiply

Encourage young people to create new jobs

Rather than waiting for a company to be sold to them, the next generation is encouraged to rely on this stability to start new businesses.

Our commitments

Move forward without selling unnecessary complexity.

01

Find the right solution

We tailor the scope, tools and deliverables to the actual situation rather than automatically pushing the most expensive solution.

02

Making quality more accessible

We limit unnecessary complexity, reuse what already works and sometimes invest more time to lower the barriers to a useful project.

03

Say what is needed—and what is not

Transparency on choices, limits and costs protects the entrepreneur and creates healthier relationships.

04

Reinvest in local businesses

Part of the profits helps promote Québec businesses, create accessible tools and fund new support initiatives.

05

Creating new entrepreneurs

We develop content, paths and gamified solutions to help young people understand how an idea becomes a business.

06

Defending healthy competition

We focus on education, evidence and transparency to help the market recognize real value and responsible practices.

The Level Up cycle

A mandate can help more than one company.

The value created with a customer also feeds knowledge, tools and opportunities that can benefit the movement.

  1. 01ListenUnderstand the human and entrepreneurial reality.
  2. 02AdaptChoose a solution proportionate to the available means and the actual need.
  3. 03BuildDeliver an asset or capacity that is actually usable.
  4. 04ShareShowcase what was learned and the businesses behind it.
  5. 05ReinvestCreate the next tool, content or boost.

We Level Up one person at a time

Sometimes the right person needs to remove the first obstacle.

Depending on the situation, the potential impact and our current capacity, Level Up may choose to contribute time, advice, a logo, a website, a tool, an application or another deliverable. This initiative remains discretionary: it does not create an ongoing contest, an automatic entitlement or a promise of free work.

Help

Removing a specific obstacle

A short and useful intervention to enable the project to reach its next stage.

Visibility

Promote a local business

Transforming a real project into evidence, content or showcase that helps the company to be better understood.

Learning

Transforming experience into a tool

Document what can help other entrepreneurs avoid a mistake or move forward faster.

Transparency and vigilance

Protect without seeking conflict.

Level Up can explain problematic practices, compare options and make entrepreneurs aware of risks. Any public statement must remain based on verifiable facts, distinguish opinion from evidence, respect the rights of individuals and seek first to inform rather than attack.

We do not promise to be cheaper in any case. We promise to look for a suitable solution, to explain choices and to avoid charging a complexity that does not bring value to the customer.

Which person or business should we Level Up now?

Tell us honestly about the situation: the project, the available means, the roadblock and the impact you want to create. The next step will be chosen based on reality, not a prepackaged offer.
